Excerpt from the DOGSAFE™for Puppies Workshop:
"Socialization is essential for young puppies, although this means so much more than just meeting other puppies. Socialization is about introducing and getting your puppy used to new experiences, such as taking vital signs and body handling during head-to-tail assessments. And your veterinarian and groomer will love you!" says Certified Master Trainer and DOGSAFE™ for Puppies instructor, Michelle Sevigny.
