Covid-19 Updates
We are committed to keeping Dogsafe Instructors, students and customers, safe and healthy. Dogsafe online courses are always open. Our Online Store offering physical products and digital products is always open. Dogsafe in-person courses were cancelled, but some Dogsafe Instructors have since re-opened in-person courses while following their province's and state's guidelines and safety protocols. Please contact the instructor in your area to inquire or email Dogsafe Head Office at [email protected].

Some Dogsafe Instructors are now offering in-person classes again. Please contact the individual Dogsafe Instructor in your area to ask about their upcoming schedules. Questions? MAY 25, 2020 - Dogsafe Instructors May Consider Re-Opening -- Dogsafe Authorized Instructors are across Canada and USA and must follow the guidelines and safety protocols of their individual provinces and states. Some Dogsafe Authorized Instructors are considering re-opening their in-person courses, while others are focusing on a Fall 2020 or Spring 2021 re-opening. Please contact the individual Dogsafe Instructor in your area about their timeline for re-opening public classes or email Dogsafe Head Office at [email protected].
APRIL 26, 2020 - Dogsafe ReOpens Online Store -- Our local Canada Post office has been operating safely and efficiently, so we have decided to re-open our full online store.
MARCH 24, 2020 - Dogsafe Halts Shipping on All Physical Products (except pet alert stickers) Until Further Notice -- We exclusively use Canada Post for shipping of physical products including, first aid kits and journals, and although Canada Post is currently still operating, we feel the time is right for us to halt all shipping to support the safety of our local (and tiny!) Canada Post office and allow them to focus on shipping essential items. Note: because they can be dropped off at a mailbox, pet alert stickers are still available for purchase, and all digital download products are still available for purchase.
MARCH 15, 2020 - Dogsafe eLearning Courses Remain Open -- All Dogsafe 101 eLearning courses are still open for new registrations.
MARCH 15, 2020 - Dogsafe In-Person Courses Postponed Until Further Notice -- For the safety of students, Instructors and the community, all Dogsafe Canine First Aid Authorized Instructors have been instructed to postpone in-person courses until at least May 15, 2020 when the situation will be re-assessed.
