In 2009, Dogsafe creator, Michelle Sevigny, welcomed Merle's Door author, Ted Kerasote, into a Dogsafe course and was interviewed for his book, Pukka's Promise: The Quest for Longer-Lived Dogs where he featured Dogsafe on multiple pages and ended with, "it was one of the most worthwhile days I've spent."
