We want you to be happy with your Dogsafe product and if you're not, you may return a product within 14 days of the shipment date for a full refund (less shipping and handling fees). All return shipping charges are to be prepaid by you. Please note that all physical products must be in re-sellable condition. Digital downloads and instant-access Dogsafe eLearning course registrations are non-refundable.
Before Returning a Product

COD returns will not be accepted. All items must be shipped via Canada Post or United States Postal Service (not any courier such as FedEx or UPS) and we recommend you track and insure your item for transport as we cannot provide a refund for an item that does not arrive.

Damaged or Lost Products
We guarantee that all Dogsafe products left our location in perfect condition and we want them to arrive in perfect condition. We also understand that, perhaps, on the very rare occasion, an item may arrive damaged, late, or not arrived at all. Simply call us at 1-250-325-5580 or email [email protected] with your name and order details and we'll make it right.
Usually a suspected lost item is still in transit and we'll confirm the estimated delivery schedule for your location (and we'll ask you to wait a little longer). If the item arrives damaged or is confirmed lost, we'll ship a replacement item.

Digital Downloads + eLearning Course Refunds
Once purchased, digital downloads and instant-access Dogsafe eLearning course registrations are non-refundable.
Direct Purchases from Dogsafe Authorized Instructors
All Dogsafe Authorized Instructors conduct their own course registrations, and therefore, also their own cancellation and refund policies. If you have any questions regarding your in-person course registrations, course cancellations or transfers, or products purchased directly from a Dogsafe Authorized Instructor, please contact them directly.
