I confirm that I am 14 years of age or older (if not, please contact us) I understand that upon completion of my course, I am certified in the knowledge and techniques of canine first aid but not qualified to instruct others in canine first aid techniques. I understand that once payment has been received and materials have been shipped and/or access granted to restricted webpages, courses are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person. I understand that I have 2-months to complete this 12-hour course -- even if my dog eats my homework, chews my camera or pees on my laptop -- and so Dogsafe can administer the program effectively and efficiently for the high-number of fellow students, there is a $50 administrative fee for submitting assignments late up to a maximum of 30 days past the initial deadline. I'm a totally awesome person for wanting to learn all this so I can better care for dogs everywhere.
