Logo and Listing Agreement Form

Congratulations! As a Dogsafe Canine First Aid 101 graduate, you may now display a Dogsafe Certified logo on your company website, business cards, brochures and vehicles.

Once you have submitted the form below, you'll be re-directed to a web page for immediate access to download the logos. We will also list your company on our Find a Certified Dog Professional web page generally within 6 weeks.

I agree that the logo remains the property of Dogsafe. The logo may be resized but not altered in design. I may use the logo to promote my certified status but I will stop using the logo if it is discovered that the logo was used in a manner that discredits Dogsafe; is false or misleading; is unprofessional in any way. Basically, I promise not to do anything silly with the logo. Due to integrity and honesty, I agree to remove the Dogsafe Certified logo on display if my Dogsafe certificate expires OR my company does not have at least one certified graduate on staff. If I display the Dogsafe logo on my website, I understand that while a reciprocal link back to www.dogsafe.ca is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated by Dogsafe -- thank you!
